Yarn dyed patch block print jacket

Overview

This heavyweight jacket is made of yarn dyed cotton in faded hues of orange, greens, and blues. There is an asymmetric slub khaddar blockprint panel featured over the right breast of the jacket. Part of a set, there is an accompanying panel on the left leg of the pants. The blockprint panel features a monochromatic, block-printed floral design which offsets the more abstract colour play on the rest of the garment. The jacket features double pockets on the breast and brass button detailing. The design is most notable for its flared double shoulder detail, which is one of the many futuristic elements that define this collection. The dying of this fabric has all been done in-house and been a true labour of love.
