In the app
Open Account → Delete account. Finish any active delivery first. Deletion removes your Auth login, clears live GPS on your rider profile, and logs a security audit event. Historical order/POD records needed for escrow and disputes are retained in scrubbed form where law requires.

Email privacy@thelaiz.com from the address on your Fleet account with subject Fleet account deletion. We process verified requests within 30 days unless a legal hold applies.
